REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the specialized nature of research-grade chemical compounds and the strict quality-control protocols we follow, all sales at Nexus Peptides are considered final unless required otherwise by applicable law or specifically approved at our sole discretion following review.

Important: If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with items missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

1. Overview

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, contains defects, is incorrect, or appears to be missing items, please email us at legal@nexuspeps.net within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation. Your message should include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photo or video evidence of both the package exterior and the contents inside.

Submitting a refund or return request does not guarantee that it will be approved. Every request is reviewed individually, and final decisions regarding approval, denial, refund, replacement, or exchange are made at our sole discretion, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Eligibility for Review

To be considered for review, your request should include all of the following:

  • Your order number or order confirmation email.
  • A clear, detailed description of the issue you are reporting.
  • Photographs or unboxing video footage showing the package exterior, the shipping label, the condition of the product, and all contents received.
  • Submission within 48 hours of the package being marked delivered.

Requests submitted without supporting documentation or outside the review window may not be eligible for evaluation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange unless required by law or approved at our sole discretion following a case-by-case review:

  • Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, or otherwise tampered with.
  • Products that were stored, handled, or maintained improperly after delivery.
  • Orders placed with incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Requests submitted outside the stated 48-hour review window.
  • Sale items, promotional items, clearance items, or discounted products — except in cases where they arrived damaged or were incorrect.
  • Orders affected by delivery problems caused by carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, recipient refusal, or failure to retrieve the package from a carrier facility.
  • Reconstitution materials, syringes, or other accessory items once opened.

4. Refunds

Where a refund request is approved following review, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing time typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days from approval, though actual timing depends on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution and is outside our direct control.

Shipping charges paid by the customer are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the issue resulted from an error by Nexus Peptides.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your approved refund has not yet appeared in your account, please first verify the status by checking your bank account or card statement directly. Next, contact your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider, as posting times can vary significantly by financial institution.

5. Replacements and Exchanges

Nexus Peptides will only issue replacements where a request has been reviewed and approved due to damage, defect, missing items, or a fulfillment error on our part. If you believe you are eligible for a replacement, please email legal@nexuspeps.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and the supporting documentation outlined above.

6. Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, and roommates.
  • Check with building management, front desk staff, or apartment leasing office.
  • Look in parcel lockers, mailroom areas, or alternate delivery locations.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to verify exact delivery location and request GPS confirmation if available.
  • Wait 24 to 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark items delivered prematurely and arrive shortly after.

Nexus Peptides may, where appropriate, provide reasonable assistance in submitting carrier claims. However, we do not guarantee carrier reimbursement approvals, claim outcomes, or automatic replacement shipments for events outside our direct control.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us directly first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your customer account.
  • Your information being reported to payment processor fraud-prevention networks.
  • Restrictions on your ability to make future purchases from us or other merchants.
  • A vigorous defense of the dispute using all available documentation, including your signed agreement to these terms at checkout.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet entered our processing or shipping queue. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at legal@nexuspeps.net with your order number. Once an order has been packaged or transferred to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
